Resistance to Being Vaccinated Doesn’t Exist
That is not a misprint. Resistance to being vaccinated doesn’t exist.
What exists is self-preservation based on a non-factual and non-functional set of beliefs, beliefs that are not in evidence.
At our company, Michelangelo Mindset*, we believe that when you look into and truly listen to the world with an inviting, open, non-judgmental and receptive mind as opposed to pushing your view on people, others will be more open to you, and be more willing to listen and consider what you say.
Michelangelo said, “I saw the angel in the marble and carved until I set it free.”
Inside VAX resistors is the desire to be safe and healthy, because I can’t imagine that they wake up in the morning hoping to become ill. What they may appear to be resisting may not be the vaccine, but you pressuring them and maybe adding a twist of “cancel culture” to what blatantly appears to you to be an irrational POV.
What science and objective fact-minded people might view as resistance by people who refuse to be vaccinated may turn out to be something very different when you view it from their point of view, namely self-preservation.
A way to understand that is to dig down into the word, “self-preservation.”
