How Could President Trump Not Know?

a.k.a. All the President’s Sons

Before I begin, I start by stating that I have no evidence that President Trump knew or didn’t know about any of the meetings and conversations others — and now Michael Cohen — are claiming he had knowledge of.

What I do know as a practicing psychotherapist specializing in treating people with major personality disorders is that if you show me a highly ambitious, power seeking, controlling, judgmental and highly critical and frequently abusive person (think Jobs, Musk, Bezos and Trump) and I’ll show you how everyone that surrounds them would be terrified of not informing them of what is going on, because of the fear of their retributive wrath if they did anything that might disappoint or upset them.

Still sound far fetched and too much psychobabble?

Think of a person in your life with authority over whether you work or you’re fired, with the ability to so intimidate and retaliated against you or at least humiliate you so completely that you’d never recover.

Do you think you would have the nerve to make a decision without telling such a controlling, judgmental and abusive person what you were going to do and then have to live in terror that if you did it and it backfired you’d have to face their wrath?
